Antique device to measure relative humidity with wet. I believe humidity is found by adjusting index pointer to corresponding temp on thermometers and reading scale where index arm swings (something like that). Brass finish, frame & hardware, engraved german silver scale, full instructions printed on rear. Complete with no missing parts, fantastic condition with no damage. Dry thermometer working correctly, water tank for wet thermometer doubles as the base (see fill cap). Wet thermometer not tested but should work fine.
